Features:

Upper / Lower corrugating roll diameter: 375 mm, its material is made of Ni-Cr-Mo (SNCM-8), with heated-treatment for hardness over SHORE 75+/-3 degrees for long life. The surface is finished by chrome-plated treatment, dynamic balanced. Arrangement of Corrugator roll position to be in a vertical way, pressure roll to be at the upper part.
The up & down movement of lower corrugating roll is operated by Hydraulic way.
Corrugating roll change system is by cassette type. Sets of Corrugated roll using Hydraulic type to be partly fixed the machine side frame and lower section. Equipped with one sets of Moving track Carriage.
The Upper/Lower Corrugated rolls are grinned by NC control, precise automatic profile grinding machine.
The up and down of pressure roll to be operated by hydraulic cylinder way.
With precise grinned transmission gear, all to be collected together into one gearbox to soaked oil.
Doctor roll diameter: 190mm, steel product, ready Chrome plated and surface hardened treatment after polished.
Oil, air cylinder and electric operation to be collected together at one control cabinet.
Corrugating & pressure roll bearing housing lubricated by high temperature grease.
Corrugating rolls, pressure roll and glue roll is controlled by hydraulic way.
With sensor follow up device, glue roll take-off automatically when paper snaps.
With motorized glue dividing device.
Gaps Adjustment: Pressure roll and upper corrugating rolls, Upper corrugating rolls and glue roll, glue roll and doctor roll gaps can be partly adjusted at the operator side and drive side. Equipped with digital indicator.
With steam rotary joint, stainless steel soft tube, flexible steam piping for Single Facer.
With one set of Blower fan, one set of hydraulic machine. And corrugation type can be selected by the customer.
